Shipping Info

I use USPS priority mail for all shipping unless otherwise requested. All orders require a 2 day processing and are usually received within 2 weeks or less, depending on your location.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please email info@jcourseywillis.com. I will make every effort to provide the necessary assistance in finding you a more suitable product or, upon return of the item, issue a refund.

Unless stated in writing at the time of the sale, all transactions are subject to the terms and conditions below.

Merchandise purchased from jcourseywillis.bandcamp.com must comply with all conditions above. Simply email info@jcourseywillis.com within 30 days of receiving the item with a reason for the return. Pack the item securely and return it by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once I receive the item, I will inspect it and you will receive a refund less any shipping and credit card charges*.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment, save all packaging and contact the carrier immediately (usually within 48 hours of delivery) and file a claim with them. Do not return the item to me as I cannot file the claim for you.

*Credit card charges are not refundable. These are charges the credit card company charges to run your card, they do not offer refunds on these charges.
